On the job – City Beat, The Courier-Mail

 

Yes, we agree. . . we write about jobs queen Sarina Russo too much, but we could not resist this. Russo, currently in London, recently treated herself and some work colleagues to dinner at the chic China Tang at The Dorchester.

 

The place was packed and the tables so small that her nephew Mark Berlese – over 6 foot – could not slide into his chair because of the tightness of the space. She complained and was told to wait at the bar where she was surprised to see Prince Andrew with a party of ‘‘gorgeous and glamorous people’’ – quite a few young models we hear.

 

Sarah Ferguson was nowhere to be seen and there was no apparent stress about Sarah selling ‘‘access’’ to the Prince for half-a-million quid.

 

As the Prince was leaving, Russo introduced herself and he shook her hand, at no cost whatsoever.

 

She probably could have engaged in a conversation about trade and business with him.

 

He left with two security guys from the front of The Dorchester, jumping into the driver’s seat of his black Range Rover and blasting off with a squeal of tyres.
