• Certificate I in Hospitality - Kitchen Operations (SIT10307)
  This program focuses on the basic methods of cookery and the principles involved in working in a hospitality environment.   A program with a difference! Consisting of a range of tourism and events modules, this course gives the underpinning skills to move into the exciting events industry. With a customer service focus, it involves organising functions, promoting products and services and developing event industry knowledge.   This course is designed to provide vocational and technical education necessary to gain basic knowledge and skills common across all business roles.
